Professor Rebecca Nathanson developed the Kids’ Court School at Boyd Law 18 years ago and has run the program ever since. The program prepares children and youth, ages 4 – 17, for upcoming legal proceedings in which they will be involved; the two-hour sessions are designed to make the young participants familiar with court proceedings, and the training culminates in a mock trial in the Thomas & Mack Moot Courtroom.
